            Processing Guarantee

If at any time during this process, you are uncomfortable or disenchanted with the level of service you are receiving from my staff, or myself, I request that you voice your concerns to anyone on my team or myself. Providing that your request is legitimate, we will immediately waive our $395.00 processing fee as a sign of good faith (does not apply to loan modifications, as it is not charged).

My goal is to become your long term Mortgage Advisor which is why I will continue to stay in touch with you after the closing of your loan or loan modification. I will provide you with valuable tips to financial success and educational materials along with Quarterly Rate Watch Reports and Annual Mortgage Reviews to ensure you always have the best possible loan.
